This tool was designed to help IFF commercial teams plan and prepare for important negotiations with customers. The goal here was to modernise paper based sales preparations with an intuitive set of tools and functions.

The approach to designing the toolkit was to simplify interactions, streamline content and engage users.Through the use of clear typography, subtle animations, beautiful photography, video,  and minimalist graphics, the design offers an easy to use UI and enjoyable experience. Interacting with data that otherwise might have been quite mundane or difficult to track has been broken into chunks. Data pulled from Salesforce means admin tasks are minimised.

Login & home screen
The user is greeted with a Salesforce login.he intro video is followed by the start module for the tool itself. This is then followed by training which can be removed from the homescreen for experienced users. The dashboard with recent files has been added to help with workflow.Settings can be accessed via the user profile thumb.
Getting started
Defining parameters:I’ve utilised a minimalist style for text input fields. They’re intuitive and help to reduce clutter and information overload. Prioritisation:Here I’ve used a simple geometric design, an approach that can lean towards a drag and drop style of interaction but also has buttons baked into the design that indicate the options for each of the elements. Navigation:As the user progresses through the negotiation tool, the header navigation highlights the current section, within a swipeable navigation bar.
Prepare and Share: This screen summarises the data about to be exported and offers the option to share or download the graphic materials created using the toolkit. A Save and exit button is displayed allowing users to return to the home screen.
Navigation:As the user progresses through the negotiation tool, the header navigation highlights the current section, within a swipeable navigation bar.
The Balance of Negotiation: A lot of data is displayed on this screen, so the aim here was to make easy to interact with and understand. The same design language is used throughout so we use the same style of input fields here, minimising the need for prompting or explaining that the user can edit. The scenarios have their own sub navigation that changes the data focus.Cutting down on unnecessary text and colour allows the user to more readily absorb the information.
GENERATED POWERPOINTS
Sharing the data takes the graphics from the tool and displays them in a deck format.
KEY DATA PRESENTED
With each of the Scenarios generating a slide of their own, along with a slide for the Parameters and Priorities sections of the toolkit.
